What is EpokSports?
A community app for running games. You create a community, invite your group, and organise sessions in it. The app handles the pairings, the rounds, the scoring and the standings, and keeps the results afterwards.
Do I need an account to look around?
You can open the site without one. To join a community or play a session you need an account in the app.
Which sports does it work with?
It is built around the session rather than the sport. Padel, tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, pickleball, football, basketball, volleyball, handball and billiards are set up already, more keep being added, and there is a custom option for anything else.
How many people do I need?
Two is enough for a head to head. Rotating formats want four or more, and the group formats want eight or more. Communities of forty to a hundred are typical.
Does money go through the app?
Only for subscriptions. Player Pro and Facility Pro are billed monthly through Stripe. Nothing else runs through us: court bookings are settled directly between the player and the venue, and entry fees set by an organiser are settled between the people involved. The app records what was agreed and keeps track of who owes what.
What do the paid tiers cost?
Player Pro is $15 a month and adds leagues and tournaments. Facility Pro is $30 a month and adds leagues, tournaments and a lifted listing for your club. Facility Premium, with the full booking engine, is coming and its price is not set yet. Everything else on EpokSports is free, including every session format.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, whenever you like. There is no notice period and nothing to ask us for. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep the paid features until the end of the month you have already paid for. The refunds page sets this out in full.
How do court bookings work?
Search the clubs listed, look at their courts and hours, and contact the club directly. You agree the booking with them and the app records it against your session.
How do I know when something happens?
Two ways. Push notifications on your phone for the things that need you — a session invitation, a reminder before it starts, a score to confirm — and the bell in the header inside the app. You choose whether to allow push when you are asked, and you can change it later on your device or in Settings.
Is there an iOS or Android app?
The web app works on a phone browser today. Native apps come later.
Can I get my data or delete my account?
Yes. Both are handled in Settings inside the app. The privacy policy sets out what is held and for how long.
Something is wrong with a result
An organiser can undo a confirmed score while the session is running, and can also correct scores after the session has been completed. Standings and results update to match. If you cannot reach your organiser, write to us with the community and the date.
How money works
The only thing you can buy from EpokSports is a subscription, billed monthly and handled by Stripe. Everything else stays outside the platform: court bookings are settled directly between the player and the venue, and where an organiser sets an entry fee it is settled between the people involved. The app records what was agreed and keeps track of who owes what, and we hold none of that money.
