Refunds and cancellations

EpokSports LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (“EpokSports”), sells two things: a facility subscription, and a one-off fee to publish a league or a tournament. This page sets out how cancellation and refunds work for both. Everything else that changes hands around a game — court bookings, coaching and any entry fee between players — is paid directly between the people involved and never passes through us.
Facility subscriptions
There is no player subscription, and there is not going to be one. The only subscription is for a facility: Pro at $75 a month or $765 a year, and Premium at $150 a month or $1,530 a year. Being listed stays free. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel.
A venue can cancel at any time in the venue console. There is no notice period and you do not need to ask us. Cancelling stops the next charge and the tier stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not refund the month or the year you are part way through, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. Where the law that applies to you gives you a right to cancel a new subscription and be refunded, that right applies on top of this policy and we will honour it — write to support@epoksports.com.
If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, write to support@epoksports.com and we will refund it.
Publishing a league or a tournament
Publishing is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. It is paid by whoever organises the competition — $15 for a league, $10 for a tournament — and it covers that one competition for as long as it runs. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. Everyone who plays in it pays us nothing.
Once a competition is published the fee has been used, so it is not refundable as a change of mind. If you were charged twice, charged for something you did not publish, or publishing failed and you were charged anyway, write to support@epoksports.com and we will refund it.
If you paid inside the iOS app, the purchase went through Apple and Apple handles the refund, not us. Request it through Apple, and write to support@epoksports.com if you need us to confirm anything about the competition.
Court bookings
A court booking is an agreement between you and the venue. You arrange it with them and you pay them directly. EpokSports LLC is not a party to that agreement.
The venue's own cancellation and refund policy applies. Ask the club what it is before you book, and speak to the club if you need to cancel or move a booking.
Competition entry fees
Where an organiser sets an entry fee for a league, tournament or session, it is agreed and settled between you and that organiser. The organiser decides what happens if you withdraw or the event is called off.
EpokSports LLC does not collect, hold or distribute entry fees, and cannot return them.
What the app does
The app records what was agreed: the booking, the session and who is playing. A price shown against a booking is the price the venue recorded for it. It is not a payment, a receipt or a guarantee, and no money moves through EpokSports at any point.
Changing a record in the app does not move any money.
What we do not handle
Apart from facility subscriptions and the one-off fee to publish a competition, we do not touch money. We do not hold funds in escrow, split bills, take commission on a booking or an entry fee, or issue receipts for them.
We do not arbitrate disputes about money settled outside the platform, and we cannot reverse those payments, because they never passed through us.
If something goes wrong
A booking problem goes to the venue. A problem with an entry fee goes to the organiser who set it. Keep whatever the two of you agreed.
If the problem is with the app itself, such as a session recorded incorrectly, write to support@epoksports.com with the community and the date and we will look at it.

Nothing here affects the consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you in your dealings with a venue or an organiser.
