On top of that there is a web console that runs the day to day — the schedule, the calendar, courts, prices, customers and your own competitions.

01 · Your listing
What a player finds.
A public profile for your venue, which you own and can change whenever you want. Players search by sport and by where they are, find you, and get in touch with you directly.

Players contact you directly, and pay you at your counter. EpokSports takes no cut of a booking and handles no payment for one.
02 · The console
You run the venue from a desk, not a phone.
The venue console is a web application, built for the screen your front desk already has open. The schedule, the calendar, your courts, your hours and prices, coupons, your customers, your staff accounts and your financials all live there.
There is a venue side to the phone app as well, but it is a companion — for checking something while you are away from the desk. It is not where you run the business, and we would rather say so than have you find out.
03 · What it costs
Listed for free. Paid for the console.
One subscription per venue, and it covers everyone on your staff who uses it. There is no charge per booking, no charge per event, and no cut of anything you take.

Prices are in US dollars, per venue. Your own court and coaching prices stay in your currency and are yours to set. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance, and you can cancel in the console at any time — no notice period, and the tier runs to the end of the period you have paid for. 04 · How money works
We take no cut of anything you earn.
The only thing you ever buy from EpokSports is your own subscription. Everything a player pays you, they pay you.
Court bookings and coaching are cash at your counter. No card, no rail, no platform in the middle. The prices shown against a booking are the prices you recorded for it. EpokSports takes no cut and handles no payment — every booking is settled at your counter.
There is no commission, no transaction fee and no service fee on a booking or an entry fee. Not a reduced one — none. And there is no per-event charge to a venue at any tier: leagues and tournaments at your venue are part of Pro and Premium.
